Bastard

I officially quit my job after being indecisive for a week. I am not going to work for the irresponsible bastard who always swallow his word. He insist that he said things he didn't say, and deny what he said. He told me my pay will be higher than others by an dollar per hour, after two weeks he told me it is a dollar more per day. Nice joke, how cheapskate. He told me he need 3 peoples on weekday and 4 peoples on weekend, and he refuse to give the pay because he insist that he told me 2 on weekday and 3 on weekend. So we have to dug out the others pay from our own pocket. No one is going to thanks us for that, only blame it on ourself to work for that fucker. These few days he call 5 people to work, it's weekday fyi, contradicting isn't he? He told qianhui he will give her commission for every customer, and he didn't. He told us usher pay will be 14 per hour, and he pay us 7 per hour. He told me he will provide transport fee, yet he still need my reminder. He minus 3dollars from our pay for every fifteen minutes late starting from today, yet he minus 2dollars away from our pay because we were late for ten minutes yesterday. Another great joke. It's not that we care about those few dollars but shouldn't he be responsible of what he said. Some more, there are others who are late in the past too and he didn't even do anything. We say we don't want to work today and he say if that is the case we have to compensate them. Scam. Everytime he inform us about the work only the night before or in the morning. Expect us to cancel every plan and go, we also not his dog. There is one morning he ask me to work for an hour and find another person with me in the noon, i replied him telling him i cant find anyone, i will make up one hour for him tomorrow and guess what he replied? Today. Wtf, just a word today. Unreasonable. This job also cost us alot of time, travelling alone took more than 40minutes per trip, not to and fro. Everytime still have to go studio before work and then travel to work place back again and then home. Often i spend the whole day outside when i just work for 2hours. He still refuse to give us transport fee. Finding people to work is his job yet he push it all to us just by telling us that he trust us. I swear i wont ever regret quitting this job. He think he give us 7 per hour alot so he can order us. Bullshit.
